After showing you one of our homes we will give you a package to take home with you so that you can pick the floor plan that best suits your family. We make an appointment to sit down and discuss any changes to a floor plan to make it better for your needs. We will discuss different options for the interior and exterior decor and explain how the home is setup. These homes are built to Canadian Standards and are CMHC approved and we can let you know some of the easy steps to getting a mortgage ( up to 25 years).

With the warranties that come with the home you will be carefree:
